These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BFA — Bangladesh Fame & Achievement Awards website and your participation in the awards programme, which is organised by Elevate Ad Agency.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content, branding and materials on the site are owned by or licensed to BFA and Elevate Ad Agency and may not be reproduced without permission.
Nominations and eligibility
Nominations are subject to the categories, criteria and verification process set by the Director — Awards. You are responsible for providing accurate information. The Governing Body may decline or withdraw a nomination at its discretion.
Evaluation, scoring and selection are carried out by the Jury Board. Their decisions are final.
Programme changes
Award categories, dates, venue and ceremony arrangements are indicative and may change. BFA is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Conduct
Nominees, guests and attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. BFA may exclude any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or unlawful.
